Earl Pomeroy: Morphing from a Lap Dog to Blue Dog…again

Earl Pomeroy knows he’s in trouble in North Dakota.  He has already started airing campaign ads that depict him as a moderate that stood up for North Dakota values in a Nancy Pelosi Congress.  Yes the same North Dakota that is one of the most conservative states in the Union.

From the Say Anything Blog; According to Congressional Quarterly, in 2009 Earl Pomeroy voted with his party 95%of the time and in agreement with President Obama 96% of the time.

Wow it really sounds like he is standing up for those conservative values that North Dakotans embrace.  Voting with the most liberal congress in years 95% of the time.  I mean if you watch his ads the impression you get is that he doesn’t follow the party line.  He’s a maverick.  Really Mr. Pomeroy?  So the 5% of the time you voted against the party line is what gives you the right to call yourself a blue dog.  Not this time sir.

Watch the below ad being run in North Dakota right now and you’ll see what I mean.

Now doesn’t that make you feel all warm inside?  Well Mr. Pomeroy you will not get a free pass this time around.  North Dakotans are very interested in your voting record.  And yes we do realize that you voted “Yes” twice for Obamacare, even though your state was overwhelmingly against it.

So I want all of you out there to remember this post.  Especially if you have so-called blue dogs coming home to tell you how they fought the good fight, but in the end they did what that thought was best for you.  Don’t let these frauds get away with it any more.

Hold them accountable for their votes.

Liberty forever, freedom for all!

You know it Opus. I think finally the people of North Dakota are starting to figure that out.

This reminds me of how McCain becomes Conservative during an election.

Trestin these so-call blue dogs pull this kind of crap every election. I'm personally done playing those games.

Seems like he puts a "blue dog" costume one for when he's campaigning.

That's exactly what he is doing matt. He does it once every two years and I bet it's painful for him.
