Case of the Mundays

It is hard for me to get posts up these days. I’m looking forward to the summer when I will have more time. Until then I plan on posting at least once a week (we can’t have John do everything) called “Case of the Mundays”. These posts will not be narrative in nature, but peeks into what went on in my head over the week. I’ll try to add some humor and end it with my Monday Moment of Meaning video at the end. I hope you enjoy it.

– Jane Austen’s social hierarchy villains have become our politicians; men whom we must attract in the hopes that they may provide for us.

– Some people may call the lack of standouts in the GOP Presidential hopefuls a lack of leadership, others might call it a lack of monarchial tendencies. Whereas on the left…in one man they trust.

– The NY Times endorsed Obama because he provided leadership, clarity, and judgment; he wouldn’t let us drift in wars, scar our public image, or lag in response to national crises.  He would restore our world image and our economic woes.

– Saying that you’re going to get rid of a regime but then promising no ground troops seems a lot less reassuring when we don’t even know the makeup or political tendencies of the ground troops we’re supporting…and those troops are losing ground.

– I celebrated “Earth Hour” by watching youtube videos of the Japan tsunami on my computer (while the baseball game was on my T.V. in my toasty house) and marveled at her power.  I then shed a tear for the people who aren’t able to contribute to global warming in the world.

– Obama is the 1st President to not get a poll boost after going to war.

– NBC somehow missed the story about GE not paying taxes; on a similar note Eric Holder says that the case against the Black Panthers is demeaning toward “my people” and stands by the dropped charges of voter intimidation.  You have to look out for your own.

– Hugo Chavez won the coveted Journalism Award from Argentina… He’s also getting a billboard to endorse himself for the Heisman and the Nobel Peace Prize.

–  The Islamic Mideast is the most anti-gay, anti-feminist, and anti-abortion place in the world…So are social liberals being liberal with their support of the least socially liberal religion in the world?

– Note to Sen. Lautenberg – You’re not letting me have them, you’re just a senator…and have no say in the matter. My rights were given to me by my Creator, not some assembly of men.

– MSNBC showed bravery in journalism by being the only major network outside of Fox News to cover the SEIU Official’s secret plan to topple the financial markets …Unfortunately they supported it.

– Remember when Brits spilled a bunch of oil in the Gulf of Mexico?  The obvious next step in the process of protecting us from such catastrophe would be to disallow Americans from drilling and opening it up to another foreign nation.

– A lot of troops are scared about the possibility of not getting a pay check for a while if the government shuts down – which I understand.  It also makes me reflect a bit when I realize that Washington’s Continental Army went unpaid and unequipped for over a year.

– Japan now has the top 3 largest nuclear-civilian incidents in world history.  Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

– Trump is a king when it comes to promotion and attention, but even he can’t breakthrough on the Case of the Missing Birth Certificate.

And now for the Munday Moment of Meaning.

This will go with the other Youtube vid.
This arrived today and obviously is making the rounds – big time. Nothing herein has been altered, added to or deleted by me in any way. It is being sent for your information.

I’VE SEEN THIS BEFORE & IT EXPLAINS WHY THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS NOT SHOWN. I GUESS THERE ARE DIFFERENT RULES FOR HIM THAN THERE ARE FOR US!:

Obama ADMITS he was NOT born in Hawaii!!!
There are 307 Million people in the US. Clearly only
3 Million+ people have viewed this revealing video.
    (So far…)
Lets be sure the other 304 Million people have this
Knowledge! (Does anyone have The Donald’s E-Mail?)

Listen and watch him say this!!!

We are not as crazy as the press would want us to be. What MORE PROOF do we need?

    Circulate this
Before it is pulled from the Internet.

If you just watch the first 30 seconds
    Your mouth will drop open.

Obama admits he is not a citizen

THE AMAZING PART OF THIS TRAVESTY IS AMERICANS CONTINUE ALLOWING THEMSELVES TO BE RULED BY AN ILLEGAL ALIEN.
    Watch it before it’s pulled!

Almost forgot. This was converted into .wmv file and transferred to the laptop and backed up on the back-up drive and the external HD. Actually it’s very large when converted so can’t be sent via email. The .wmv file I’m saying.Special porgrams and apps are needed to do these things but I have them for this purpose. Cost a bundle.

Nice one, RHM. I’ve been in over my head at the Hideout, but let me say this about the 2012 GOP candidates…HERMAN CAIN!

I agree with Matt, I am going to be taking a real close look at Herman Cain.

Good post, RHM! I don’t know much about Herman Cain but I am planning on researching his political views on the various issues very soon. We need a candidate who is willing to expose Obama’s unconstitutional, extreme policies and other shady dealings and connections.

I like Herman Cain, but I’m still looking for a more realistic candidate right now. That’s not to take anything from Cain, but he seems a little unpolished to win the POTUS at this point. Fiscally, who on the right can not like him? Foreign policy though….? I’m not saying he isn’t good, it’s just that the lack of experience will set him up for slaughter if he wins the primary…and that’s a big if.

I’m still looking at the Paul Ryan/Marco Rubio as my dream ticket. …Unless Fred! wants to jump back into this mix. *drifts into a Chris Christie/Fred Thompson dream*

How true. Republicans – not monarchists. Democrats (the so-called party of the people) love monarchy, exult in monarchical language (“Kennedy’s – our royal family” and so on) and want one man to have power to rule all.

I have to believe that Cain would destroy Obama in a debate.

Nice one. We need a fresh face and someone who can debate. Cain is one.
