Teeing it up: A Round at the LINKs

The waters in Minot have finally receded to below flood stage and with that begins the long recovery process.  Littered throughout the center of the city are the pieces of its citizens lives.  The smell is unbearable at best and is amplified 10 fold in 90+ degree heat.  But this does not deter the people of this city.  Each day they face this heat, get up with tools in hand and head for what is left of their homes, reclaiming what flood has tried to take from them.  Minot has survived one of our nation’s most devastating floods in recorded history and will indeed rebuild.  It will be a long hard road ahead for the people of Minot, however I’m confident they with reach their destination.  They are a proud and capable people.  This past week, national news was focused on the debt ceiling stalemate.  The big question many of us have is can and will the Republicans stand on principle and bring an end to this spending madness.  It is an unknown at this time.  Below are a list of some outstanding conservative articles from the web’s best conservative blogs.
