Teeing it up: A Round at the LINKs (Monday Edition)

Well folks I took the weekend off and caught up on some reading and work.  So Sunday’s “Teeing it up” is posting today.  I didn’t forget about you guys, I just had different priorities this weekend.  The wife and I went shooting and she got to know her new Smith&Wesson 9MM; she’s a natural.  I attached a pic of her last round and as you can see she’s deadly accurate from 30 feet.  I told her that I guess this means I’ll being picking up my socks from now on.  In the news there was a great deal that happened this past week.  Two major stories dominated the week.  The first story everyone is talking about is the rise in gas prices.  This is what happens when you devalue the dollar with horrible monetary policies.  We have the President to thank for this mess.  The second major story was the protests in Afghanistan.  The killing of our soldiers and advisers is absolutely unacceptable and there should be actions from this administration.  President Obama made a huge mistake apologizing to them for the burning of the Koran.
