Some Thoughts on the Long March Through the Institutions
And no, these thoughts on the Long March Through the Institution aren’t even mine, but they are correct. Take a look at what R.S. McCain has to say on the subject… And to all of the new Tea Party folks, let me pass on a warning: the two ears, one mouth rule applies. There is much to learn about the sordid realities of our government, as it’s deviated well off course. Relax. Focus the passion on sober, positive deeds that advance the Constitutional ball. Screaming about Barack Obama’s Martian birth certificate and obvious status as a High Priest of Cthulhu is ONLY ABETTING HIM. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but spend some time studying. The history of How Things Got So Jacked Up is important if you want to help in … Read entire article »

Becky Gerritson, Tea Party Organizer, Schools Congressiona Committee on Role of Government
This is a fine speech given by Becky Gerritson, a Tea Party organizer, and how she was treated by the IRS. Also, note her thoughts on the role of government… I wonder how long it was before the first death threats came in? … Read entire article »

Ohio Democrat Convicted of Voter Fraud, because Voter Fraud Never Happen
It’s no wonder that liberals deny reality. If they stopped, the cognitive dissonance would cause their tiny brains to explode-quite possible resulting in a sneeze. For a long time now, we have been regaled with the ‘fact” that voter fraud is not an issue in this country, and when voter fraud occurs, those same nay sayers plug their ears and shout “LALALALALALALA” to avoid the discomfort that comes with the truth. For the latest example, we need to go to Cincinnati, where a Melowese Richardson managed to vote early and often in several elections. Well, it turned out that she voted more than twice, and the legal system agreed… Cincinnati.com reported, via True the Vote: Long-time Hamilton County poll worker Melowese Richardson was convicted Monday of illegal voting and could … Read entire article »

Civil Disobedience: Citizens Defy NJ Senator, Recite Pledge
This is what happens when people stand together and engage in civil disobedience… Of course, liberals will say this is racism, and should be banned, stamped out, and anyone engaging in it be publicly hounded and harassed. Of course, if they were communists, Anti-Semitic, burnt or vandalized businesses, raped women, encouraged the raped women not to report the rape, beat up camera men, threw police officers in front of buses, and so on, that would have been the finest example of civil disobedience ever! … Read entire article »

North Dakota Floating on Oil, How will Obama Stop it?
We know there is a oil boom going on under the northern plains. In fact, it appears that North Dakota is virtually floating on oil. However, the scope of it is only now being realized. The Lid has the facts… It isn’t new news that there is oil and natural gas under the ground in North Dakota. The news is the latest estimate of the U.S. Geological Survey which reports that reservoir of fossil fuel is double the oil and triple the natural gas originally projected. The new find makes the North Dakota oil field the largest ever on the continental US–even larger than the Texas oil fields that made J.R. Ewing famous. The fossil fuel fields (Bakken and Three Forks) are shale formations and can be … Read entire article »

CIA Wanted Tamerlan Tsarnaev on Terrorist Watch List: Media Silent
As the true nature of the Boston Marathon Bombing comes to light, the more incompetence is discovered. We know that the Russians warned us as to the radicalization of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, but no action was taken. Now we see that the CIA continued to want Tsarnaev on the watch list… The lying is profound, and mirrors the constantly changing narrative on the Saudi national who was first grilled in the Boston bombing. Now this: CIA Wanted Boston Bombing Suspect Placed on Terror Watchlist Breitbart The CIA directly asked the FBI to place Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the elder of the two suspected Boston Marathon bombers, on its counterterrorism watchlist handled by the National Counterterrorism Center. That request came after the Russian government asked the CIA to keep an eye on Tsarnaev. It also came … Read entire article »

MSNBC Talking Head Melissa Harris-Perry: All Your Children are Belong to Us
I think it’s getting even more amazing for the regressives in that they are slipping more and more. And, in that slippage, they’re letting out more and more of their ideas, and they don’t even get that it’s the most totalitarian drivel. I guess if you live in the unreality bubble, it’s a matter of time before you slip and think that tyranny is the normal state of man. In the latest example of regressive truth slippage, we have Melissa Harris-Perry, who happens to think that all of your children are belong to us. MRC has the video… Now, this whole concept of children belonging to the “community,” read, the state, is not new at all. Here are some historical references… When an opponent declares, “I will not come over to your side,” … Read entire article »

Cultural Marxists Argue to Assert Who is the Greatest Victim…
Take a look at the following video, as the moonbats argue to vie over the greater slice of the victim pie. Apparently, their victim-hood is just like their economic model, and it’s a zero sum game. There is only so much victimization to go around, so they have to fight and struggle their greater slice of the victim-hood pie. Think uber victim. Try to watch a few minutes… Ok, there is a lot of screaming and talking in circles, but you get the gist of it. There was much offense taken, butthurt inflicted, and drama generated. I particularly enjoyed the part in which they complained that they were being talked over. As leftists, they ought to know that this is one of their chief tool. Propaganda Against Patriots Continues to Escalate
I’s seeing several alarming factor emerging-a convergence, if you will. Starting right after Obama assumed office, we saw propaganda against patriotic Americans increase. This was more than picking up where the Clinton administration left off, it has been more organized and persistent. It started with the MIAC report, followed thereafter by the DHS report. The latest example comes via The Scottcarp Dream… The LA Times published an article recently on how America is at risk of another terrorist attack, but not from jihadists: “There are, in increasingly frightening numbers, cells of angry men in the United States preparing for combat with the U.S. government. They are usually heavily armed, blinded by an intractable hatred, often motivated by religious zeal. They’re not jihadists. They are white, right-wing Americans, … Read entire article »

Worst Case Scenario of Sequester is Far Better Than the Porkulus
Ah the infamous sequester-those automatic spending cuts that kick in if the Republicans don’t compromise give in to every single demand or whim Obama makes. Estimates from the screaming left claim that 750,000 jobs will be lost due to the sequester (which Obama protected, under threat of veto). However, those same leftists don’t seem to be all that concerned with all the people that are losing their jobs due to ObamaCare, but I digress. However, even if the 750,000jobs lost figure is correct, it’s still a drop in the bucket compared to all the job losses after the stimulus Porkulus passed. That spending débâcle, that cost more than Bush’s entire Iraq war, caused over 5,000,000 jobs to go away. Gateway Pundit (who has yet to link this site), has more… Well, … Read entire article »

How Republicans Can Win: Some Thoughts
Via Powerlineblog comes this excerpt from David Horowitz’s pamphlet “Go For the Heart: How Republicans Can Win”, which gives some good advice to those who would advance the protection of life, liberty, and property because out of the two parties only the Republican Party right now contains a sizable portion of people that are fighting for these values. From the pamphlet: …After voters re-elected an administration that added five trillion dollars to the nation’s debt, left 23 million Americans unemployed, surrendered Iraq to America’s enemy Iran, and enabled the Muslim Brotherhood to gain control of the largest country in the Middle East, the one lesson Republicans should agree on is that elections are driven by emotions, not reason. Moreover, when it comes to mobilizing emotions, Democrats beat Republicans hands down. Worse, Republicans … Read entire article »

Anti-Gun Journalists Wouldn’t Advertise it at Their own Homes
Here’s an anti-gun story that I frankly forgot to cover. However, since gun control is still on the radar, it’s still good to look at liberal hypocrisy in action. Frugal Cafe has more… In December, The Journal News in suburban New York had no problem with publicizing online the names and addresses of American citizens who legally own guns, just as the names and addresses of convicted sex offenders are provided to the public. The interactive map of law-abiding gun owners in three New York counties put targets on their backs, and it alerted bad guys of who in those counties are not gun owners. The website Gawker proudly ripped off the idea, going deeper into the slime well by calling all law-abiding gun owners “crazy a$$holes” and publishing the … Read entire article »

Liberal Professor Blames Mass Murder on “White Privilege”
Imagine, if you will, that you are a liberal regressive, and want to keep your client classes on the government plantation. You don’t want them to become independent, as they would then no longer need you. If they don’t need you, you can’t control them, you can’t manipulate them, and they won’t vote for you or the candidate of your choice. Your adversary is then Western Culture, and the idea that one can better themselves with work and that everyone has opportunity. To combat that, you need to negate those ideas, and tell your client classes that no matter what they do, they cannot succeed. So, you create an non-existent construct that negates the narrative of self sufficiency. A perfect example of such … Read entire article »

Destroying the False Racial Narrative and Creating True Equality
I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve read blogs, from both ends of the spectrum, that talk about African-Americans as if they are a monolithic voting bloc that will ALWAYS vote Democrat. We’ve all seen the videos of African Americans thinking that Obama will pay their mortgages, or that they are going to get “Obama Money,” from his “stash.” Since these are well-publicized cases, they are influencing our perceptions about an entire group of people. So, the question is, is that all true? And, if is it really that way, will it change? You see, I question both of those assumptions. While the voting issue is true, what is the basis for it? History tells us that that after the civil war, most African-Americans were Republicans, and the first … Read entire article »

Moonbattery has more… Sandy Hook served as a pretext for the following homicidal bile: “I would tie Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, our esteemed Republican leaders, to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control,” he wrote. Happy Year 2013! We’re in Trouble!
I’d like to take the moment to wish everyone a Happy New Year. However, I might want to add that my wish is by no means a guarantee. I fear that 2013 is going to be a terrible year, and it will result in hardships of all sorts. Here are some of my reasons… 1. Fiscal Cliff jumping: It appears that we are going to go off the “fiscal cliff.” What does that mean? It means that Obama’s negotiating position was “give me exactly what I want, and nothing less.” The members of the stupid party, however, made many concessions, and proved themselves to be RINO’s. They even went as far to offer one of Nancy Pelosi’s former proposals. But … Read entire article »

For Those of You That Thought ACORN was Done with Voter Fraud, Think Again
We are all aware of what ACORN was. It was the regressive juggernaut that mastered the flooding of the voting registration system-jamming so many false registrations into the system that it would be overwhelmed, and not be able to track them, all. They did it all, from flooding voter registrations, to harassing and intimidating people, or just jamming things up with failure, ACORN was the place where the rent-a-mob gathered. Then, after being repeatedly exposed as the criminal enterprise that they were, ACORN dissolved itself. The media declared them dead. The left said that the investigations and exposes were all racist, but now ACORN was no more, and no one should ever look into anything ever again. However, it wasn’t the end of ACORN. Instead of going … Read entire article »

Media Bias: Media Never Reported That Oregon Mall Shooting Stopped by Armed Citizen
While the country was in a state of shock over the events at the Sandy Hook school shooting, the MSM was crying for gun control In fact, they were doing so when even the earliest reports of that shooting were coming out. However, they had an earlier shooting that very week, at an Clackamas, Oregon shopping mall. However the MSM left an important aspect of that shooting out- that the shooting was stopped after an armed citizen pulled his weapon on the shooter. Here is the video… Isn’t it interesting that the MSM left this out of their coverage? Or, was it just that the reality of the situation didn’t fit the narrative, so reality had to go? Let it Burn: Should the GOP Allow Obama to Raise Taxes?
An idea has been mentioned that perhaps the GOP should simply vote “present” for any “fiscal cliff” vote, and allow Obama to raise all the taxes they want. Then, as the thinking goes, Obama and the Democrats will take the blame for the job losses and such that result. The Trifecta panel, via PJ Media, discusses this… While the panel only lightly discussed the media’s role in any scenario I think it’s important. Because, even if the GOP gives Obama exactly what he wants, it will never be Obama’s fault. Even if the exact tax increases that Obama requests are found to be directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of jobs going away, it will never be reported. You see, we don’t live in a post modern … Read entire article »

Pravda Knows Where We Are Going, Why Don’t We?

Is it Time for Conservatives to Form a Third Party? Updated and Stickied!
I have to admit that over the last several years, I have been torn about whether or not there is a need for Conservatives to leave the Republican party and either form a new third party, or join one of the small, already extant, Conservative parties. I have been on both sides of the fence, so to speak, and have been unable to come to a full decision. A recent comment on another post prompted me to again consider the issue. I think it’s time we revisit this debate First up, the “leave the Republicrats” side of the debate: We are tired, as Conservatives, with the Republicans talking Conservative on election day, and then doing the following Growing the government Increasing spending NOT fighting to shrink government and regulation Backing down from the liberals on … Read entire article »

Leftist Meme for Layoff Bomb, Anything but Obama’s Policies!
As the layoff bomb continues, it might be a good idea to take a look at the probable reaction from the left. For this one, I think it will rather simple. It’s all going to be variations on the leftist classic… It’s ALWAYS something or someone else’s fault. Remember that no matter what happened in Obama’s first term, it was Bush’s fault? Or maybe even a tsunami? Or perhaps ATM machines? It doesn’t matter how bad the liberals fail, the fault always lies elsewhere. This is not new. The communists made an art form out of it. Catholic Bishop David Ricken Warns Faithful Against Voting Democrat

Campaigning for Obama in Green Bay, Wis., Clinton urged voters to stay the course as more signs of a recovery sink in. $16 to Serve Hamburgers on Amtrak Trains?
